By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Service charges must be paid upon completion of the service.
  • Our technicians are trained and authorized only under our company guidelines.
  • Spare parts, if required, will be charged extra unless covered under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
  • Warranty on spare parts will be as per the manufacturers policy.
  • We do not claim to be an authorized service center of any specific brand.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand your plans may change. Please review our policy:

  • Before Technician Dispatch: You can cancel without any charges by contacting us at info@globalservicecentre.in/ or calling 9372252070.
  • After Technician Dispatch: A minimum visit fee will be charged.
  • No Refund: Once service is completed and payment is made, no refund will be issued.
  • AMC Refund: For AMC cancellations, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis after deducting used service charges.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
